Room was large, clean, and well equipped. Convenient proximity to the theater…comfortable. Had toiletries, coffee maker, microwave and fridge, hair dryer..

My son and I stayed here for the Beetlejuice show. It was a great location in walking distance to the theater. The breakfast was nice and always replenished. Staff and hotel guests were all pleasant and made our experience worth the trip! Would stay again!

Unfortunately because of the snow storm all our events were canceled. The city of Schenectady was under a snow emergency and therefore everything shut down. The Temperature at home was still above freezing and so we decided to drive home rather than being confined to the hotel room. The staff was very understanding

Location next door to Proctors was the main reason we picked this room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable, pillows not so much. We enjoyed our stay very much. I do think it was extremely overpriced for what it was, but as I said, it was next door to Proctors and the was the main reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

Location was next door to the Proctor Theater where we were going. Many nice restaurants in walking distance. Amazing breakfast buffet included, so many options and a very large dining area. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was very nice and included a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom had large pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Definitely will return to this location.

Location. All staff were always attentive and willing to serve. The food at the breakfast buffet is plentiful and tastes good.

The hotel was within a two minute walk from the play we attended. The full bteakfast the next morning was wonderful! We had several choices plus there were omelettes, potatoes, sausage and two different flavors for waffles! Delicious!

I loved the location, the big breakfast room with teas and coffee, employees were nice, and the rooms looked great! The coffee cups had an illustrated mustache or lip on them and I thought they were super cute!!!! Gave them personality lol It’s in a downtown area so you can walk to a lot of nice little shops and there are some parks nearby too, but a larger park by a river is on the other side of a bridge, but it’s not a far drive! i had the breakfast only one morning and it was good, my brother liked it even more, so keep up the good work. the staff was especially friendly and helpful, a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

I like the closeness to the Proctors Theater, where I went for a performance in the night of my stay at the hotel.
